ATAS to make Australian TV debut on the Nine Network

TravelDaily said that the Australian Federation of Travel Agents has just announced that a new 15 second TV commercial promoting the benefits of booking through an agent will be broadcast during key Channel 9 programs, as part of AFTA's "ongoing commitment to consumer education".
The commercial will begin from Sunday 15 November and run for three weeks on Channel 9 Sydney shows including TODAY, Mornings, the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Nine News Now and Nine's Afternoon News.
AFTA said this new activity "will have a powerful impact and mass exposure reaching more than 4 million consumers in total and more than 1 million of our core target audience, females 25-54 years old".
As well as the TV broadcasts the campaign will be supported with national exposure across Nine Entertainment's digital platforms, with the advertisement displayed to travel intenders, reaching 116,000 consumers.
